Executive Vice President of Operations

The MAVEN is seeking a highly qualified, experienced full-time EVP Operations in its Massachusetts office to support the strategic and operational needs of the rapidly growing organization.

Background of The MAVEN Project:

Founded in 2014, the MAVEN Project’s mission is to connect volunteer physicians to underserved clinics through telehealth technology.  Our advanced telehealth technology links world class volunteer physicians to primary care providers (PCPs) in community health centers serving uninsured and underinsured patients.   We offer medical consultations and personalized mentoring and education to enable PCPs to provide their patients with culturally competent care within their local ‘medical home’.

We currently partner with over 80 clinic sites in nine states and offer assistance in over 42 clinical specialties.  Our impact includes outside referral reduction for vulnerable populations, enhanced patient management, improvement in PCP wellness, and the ‘multiplier effect of confident PCP’s applying expanded skills to their patient panels.
