Isabella Leung, MPP


At MAVEN Project, Isabella builds partnerships with health care organizations and volunteer physicians, and operationalizes models for timely access to health care expertise. She has over ten years of experience working on federal and state health policies and programs. Prior to joining the MAVEN Project team, Isabella worked with performing provider systems to successfully participate and earn performance incentives in the New York State Medicaid Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment program. She also served as senior policy advisor at the District of Columbia Health Benefit Exchange Authority, implementing the first open enrollment period for residents and small business and Congressional employees enrolling in qualified health plans. During her time at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, she was part of the Affordable Care Act legislative team.

Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Computer Science from New York University and a Master in Public Policy degree from Georgetown University.
