John Senaldi has over 30 years of leadership experience in small thru large companies spanning multiple industries. He now focuses on providing strategic advisory and executive coaching services to help motivated leaders reach their full potential. Prior, John ran a number of businesses as CEO, President or GM. His earlier career experience provides John with a unique perspective, having led diverse functions (marketing, business development, R&D, manufacturing).

Recently, John helped three non-profit organizations through HBS-Community Partners, developing: a growth strategy for a student leadership organization, a communications strategy for a medtech provider of healthcare services, and a growth strategy for a provider of student leadership and governmental education.

John holds a BSEE from Trinity College (CT), an MSEE from RPI, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
