Project Coordinator


The Project Coordinator plays a key role in the relationship between The MAVEN Project, its physician volunteer corps, and its healthcare organization partnerships. This role assists in managing projects to facilitate the clinic to volunteer relationship to provide timely access to healthcare expertise for communities in need.


  • Project Coordination:

    • Coordinate and manage activities as they relate to our educational session service line.

    • Develop, implement and refine protocols and standards of practice where relevant.

    • Ensure telehealth visit consents, and/or electronic forms are managed according to policies.

    • Support scheduling physician volunteer activities and coordination with the clinic(s).

    • Work with the MAVEN Project team to identify and track performance metrics and collect data for evaluation

    • Assist in efforts to credential, train and onboard physician volunteers.

    • Assist in creation of monthly visits reports and other reports as requested.

    • Draft presentations to support clinic partnerships and MAVEN Project service offerings.

    • Initiate, maintain and manage implementation plans.

    • Brainstorm solutions to issues at hand and escalate when appropriate.

    • Manage meetings and administrative support necessary to support the business including the creation of meeting agendas, documentation of notes and establishment of follow-up timelines in concert with healthcare organization staff, physician volunteers, and the MAVEN Project team.

    • Monitor and report on progress, risks, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

  • Customer Service:

    • Coordinate and troubleshoot videoconferencing and telehealth activities.

    • Assist in training clinic-based providers, staff, and MAVEN Project physician volunteers on videoconferencing technologies and telehealth technology to facilitate a seamless clinic-provider-to MAVE- physician-volunteer interaction.

    • Support, educate, and respond to clinic and physician volunteer-based inquiries.

  • Interface with the MAVEN Project team daily and external stakeholders, as requested.


  • 2-4 years’ experience working in clinical delivery, telehealth, telemedicine, digital health, mHealth or other health-related industry preferred.

  • B.A. required.

  • Required Skill Sets:

    • Experience managing projects and consistently meeting timelines.

    • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail.

    • Experience analyzing data with Microsoft Office suite and other software.

    • Skilled at both verbal and written communications.

    • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn.

    • Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.

    • Positive attitude and passion for The MAVEN Project mission.

Additional Details:

  • Anticipated travel within the United States is <5%.

  • Salary is commensurate with responsibilities.

  • Position is based in Brighton, MA.
