Laura Melahn is the founder of Meadow Valley Partners, an investment and incubation studio focused on AI, health, and social connection. She previously spent over a decade as a partner at Google Ventures, where she led investments in companies like Lovevery, Signos, Mill, and Swing Education, and helped scale the firm’s marketing support across 400+ startups. Earlier, she launched global products at Google and conducted biochemistry research at Oxford and the University of Hawaii Cancer Center. She holds a degree in molecular biology from Princeton University.
